The house sleeps 18-20 folks. On the first floor the "Grace" master bedroom has a queen bed and one set of twin bunk beds with private bathroom. The "Cowboy" bedroom has 3 sets of twin bunk beds. The "East" and "West" bedrooms are upstairs, each room has 2 sets of twin bunk beds, with couches and chairs in private sitting areas and one full bath room . The house has a large living/dining room area, with 3 and 1/2 bath rooms, fully equipped kitchen with 2 stoves, 2 microwaves, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, dining area, and coffee bar.
